物质的介质损耗是由物质内部电子、离子漏导损耗以及空间电荷极化所引起,因而物质的体积电阻率越小,其介质损耗越大。样品中CaZrO3的存在,使得二价Ca离子以及四价Zr离子对其他低价位的离子产生压抑效应,使得样品的介质损耗增加,而Na2O 和K2O 的存在,使得K离子和Na离子由于双碱效应的作用,使得网络结合紧密,从而样品的介质损耗较小。
